Rates for Spring Tide Inn – Period Ending March 2010

Please note the following:
Room rates are quoted "per room" and not "per person".
Room rates include breakfast (Combination of full Continental and English Breakfast)
Family room rates are quoted for 2 adults and 1 child under 16 years of age.
Airport transfer rates are quoted per person.
Rates include Vat and Tourism Levy.
Suite has private lounge which can be converted into an adjoining room for two children.

Booking Terms:
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation.
Balance of accommodation is payable in cash on arrival.
All extras (transfers/telephone/drinks/laundry) payable on departure.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival, 10% of full accommodation payable.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of full accommodation payable.
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior of the arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable.
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, full accommodation payable.
In the event of premature departure or "no show" the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payable.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let rooms.
