Comments: Intercab is a taxi service that we recommend as they have the most reasonable rate available in Cape Town.
The wifi has been upgraded in January 2015, all rooms should have access to wifi.
You will see there may be 3 wifi names when searching for wifi, they are Springtide, Springtide Reception or Springtide3. Basically they all have the same password. The password is placed next to your bed or in the reception area.
If you cannot get the wifi, don't worry, first try an alternative wifi name and see it will connect. Springtide and Springtide3 have better signals for upstairs. While, Springtide Reception have a better signal downstairs.
All our WIFI are on uncapped fast ADSL line, however, the speeed will slow down if alot of people are on line at the same time.
Please notify the reception if you cannot access the WIFI, alternatively you can e-mail to email@example.com for any WIFI queries.
Security & Parking
For your security, in Januraty 2015 Spring Tide Inn have invested a brand new 16 Security Camera System that record 24/7.
However, if you are parking in our parking please ensure that all valuables such as camera and laptops must be taken out of the car. Don't take the risk and leave your valuables in the car as this will attract unwanted window breakin at night.
Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water
In order to ensure the water safety of our guest, all water used for general consumption and cooking is filtered through a 3 Level Reverse Osmosis filter, which is serviced by a qualified contractors every 3 month. P.S Tap water from the bathroom taps are not Reverse Osmosis filtered water.

All our room have a telephone system. Please dial "0" in order to dial the emergency number.
107 is a single emergency telephone number for use by all people living in and visiting Cape Town. All visitors are request to check the room thoroughly to ensure that no personal belongings are left behind.
Limited space is available in our lost property storeroom. Lost property will be sold if not claimed within 3 months of date found.
Should an item be lost please contact the Spring Tide Inn to make arrangements for the item to be collected or sent to you by post. All postage costs will be billed to the owner of the item.
Lost items found in accommodation are recorded in a register and kept in the lost property storeroom.
If items such as food are left for the room attendants a note should be attached which indicate such.
Please note that no perishables, food products, liquor or toiletries will be kept in Lost Property unless arrangements have been made.
Please note that lost item can only be collected during office hours.
